Humanity can, will, and shall transcend it's current state of being. One day, in the far future or sooner. One day our souls will not be as weighed down by gravity; the gravity of ignorance, fear, hate, and elevate itself to float freely in suspension in the vast space of understanding and knowledge.
I must ask, however, Is my pondering on human evolution and transcendence a manifestation of my subconscious (or perhaps even conscious) desire to experience said evolution in order to understand and experience greater things? In other words, am I that desperate to become a Newtype? It would be arrogant and scientifically and psychologically ludicrous to refer to myself as such. After all the concept derives itself from a mere work of fiction...but the proposed realities of that fiction is...incredibly overwhelming. Perhaps I dream for a fate I can never hope to achieve yet smile in gamble at the thought of future generations achieving it and living the dream I envisioned. 

May the tragedies of the One Year War, the Gryps Conflict, the Neo Zeon Wars, and every other struggle fought during the Universal Century never come to pass in this reality. Let us not waste our evolution on the wars of primitive man. Let us not sacrifice compassion for twisted liberty.
