'Til death do us part, and upon the earth, meet again.
'Til our bones turn ashen and to the soil make amends.

'Til our ashes hold in place the veins of nature.
'Til we become the abode of all creatures.

'Til the rain courses through us and seep into trees.
'Til we become the air that others breathe.

'Til we become the reason, the essence of life's breath.
Thus shall we accept the need for our death.
